Adam Tucker

A native of North Carolina, Adam Tucker was raised in the local Southern Baptist church and accepted Christ his freshman year of high school. After earning his BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2000, Adam worked for several years in the secular marketplace as a graphic designer. With growing passions to pursue answers to his own questions and become more involved in ministry, he enrolled in the external studies program at Southern Evangelical Seminary in 2007. Adam is currently working towards his MA in both apologetics and philosophy. While still working as a freelance graphic designer, he also serves as a Mission Service Corp missionary with Pleasant Garden Baptist Church. He is both a Certified Apologetics Instructor and an Interfaith Evangelism Specialist with the North American Mission Board, and serves as the campus director for the UNC Greensboro chapter of Ratio Christi. His goals are to, one, equip the saints to think and take the blindfolds off their faith, and two, help unbelievers, regardless of their worldview, understand the truthfulness of Christianity and why it alone is trustworthy and worth believing.

Alex McElroy is an international speaker, apologist, leadership advisor, author of the
book “Blueprint for Bible Basics” and writer for the blog “Relentless Pursuit of
Purpose.” He is one of the founding Pastor’s of at Engage Community Church and
formerly the Pastor of Education at New Life Covenant Southeast Church, led by
Pastor John F. Hannah with 20,000 members. For over 14 years Alex has served in
both youth and adult teaching ministries. Alex has also trained hundreds of teachers
and ministers so they are equipped to deliver lessons in Biblical study, purpose,
leadership and Apologetics in order to maximize their effectiveness in and for the
Kingdom of God. He is a firm believer that everyone is born on purpose with a
purpose. He teaches people all over the world to find the purpose God has placed
inside of them and to deliver it to the world.

Beau Bishop

After spending time in both technical and sales organizations, Beau is now the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ranger Technology Group a recruiting and staffing firm headquartered in Austin TX. In addition Beau is a speaker and teacher in the areas of Christian apologetics and worldview. He has spoken and taught at churches and university campuses on topics such as apologetics, theology, Christian worldview and philosophy. Having been raised in a Christian home Beau became a believer at a young age. Through the personal experience of doubt in college and watching a close friend walk away from his faith, Beau developed a passion for apologetics. He holds a BA in Computer Science and plans to pursue a Masters in Philosophy. He has been happily married to his wife Amy for 7 years and they are expecting their first child.

Bob brings a unique background to his defense of the Christian worldview. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he spent eight years as a Marine aviator flying the AV-8B Harrier and now serves as a Captain for a major U.S. airline. He completed his M.A. in Christian Apologetics (Highest Honors) at Biola University in 2006. Bob is a contributing writer for the Christian Research Journal and blogs at truehorizon.org. He speaks to high school and adult audiences about how to winsomely defend their Christian convictions and is also involved in pro-life apologetics with the Life Training Institute. Bob combines lessons learned during his aviation career, along with his passion for apologetics, into a distinctively delivered, upbeat message. He has been married to his wife Mary since 1985. They have five sons.

Brad Harrub holds an earned B.S. degree in biology from Kentucky Wesleyan College, and an earned doctorate degree in anatomy and neurobiology from the College of Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He was listed in Who’s Who Among Scientists and Researchers. He is the author of Convicted: A Scientist Examines the Evidence for Christianity, Heart of the Matter, Dissecting the Truth, and the coauthor of the books, The Truth About Human Origins, Investigating Christian Evidences, Matters of Life and Death, Diamonds in the Rough: Nuggets of Truth from God’s Wordand has written many tracts and articles for brotherhood journals. He is a popular speaker on Christian evidences at lectureships, youth rallies, etc in over 47 states and five different continents. He conducts over 40 “Truth About Origins” weekend seminars each year. In addition, he was an invited speaker to the International conference on Creationism, and he has appeared on the television show “Origins.”

Dr. Harrub has authored or co-authored numerous scientific publications in science journals and has done mission work in Russia, Ukraine, New Zealand, Ireland, Jamaica, Scotland, England, Germany, and Nicaragua. Currently, Dr. Harrub serves as the Executive Director and cofounder of Focus Press and as co-editor of Think magazine, a monthly magazine on Christian evidences. In addition, he is a co-host on the television show “Think About It.” Dr. Harrub also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Bear Valley Bible Institute in Denver. He and his wife Melinda live in Franklin, TN. They have four children: Will (14), Reese (11), Claire (8), and Luke (5).

Bruce Phillips

Bruce Phillips works in financial services in the North Atlanta area. In addition to completing the Cross Examined training, Bruce is a Certified Apologetics Instructor through the Southern Baptist denomination. Though his teaching covers a broad range of apologetic, scientific and philosophical topics, his primary focus in on the interface between science and faith and the battle against naturalism. He is active with a local apologetics ministry that teaches through Atlanta churches. Bruce and his wife Pamela lived and worked overseas for many years, mainly in Southeast Asia and the UK. They are now empty-nesters but still enjoy parenting four adult daughters!

Eric Chabot

Eric Chabot was reared in a mainline denomination in Columbus, Ohio. At age 24, he gave his life to Jesus Christ. Eric has been a campus outreach minister at Ohio State University (2004- to present) and has seen the direct results of youth and college students who do not have apologetic training. He spends time on campus asking college students what they think about God. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. He has done several apologetic presentations in churches and continues to look for opportunities to do presentations on college campuses.

Harold Hansen

Harold is a veteran Bible teacher and graduate of Southern Evangelical Seminary (SES) where he earned his Master of Arts in Apologetics. He has been a conference speaker, pulpit supply, Equipping University teacher, Sunday school teacher and TEAM member for SES. His special interests are Christian apologetics, world religions, especially Islam, and cults. Harold is employed full time for a fortune 50 company in strategic planning and teaches throughout the Southeast as often as possible. Harold and his wife Rustina are members of a new church plant, Christ Community Church in Mooresville, NC.

James J Jenkins Jr.

James lives in Roseville, California with his beautiful wife Carrie of 17 years with their 2 daughters. They attend Life Community church. He attended Eastern Michigan University, was driven to Christian Apologetics after being challenged by a family member and has progressed to teach others in defending their faith. James has served as an elder, youth leader and a 2013 graduate of Cross Examiner’s Instructor Academy. James is a volunteer speaker for Life Training Institute, and with California Pro-Life Council teaching Pro-Life defense and an award winning salesperson and sales manager along with being a huge baseball fan.

James Werner

James has a passion for equipping the next generation with a Biblical worldview.  He is the founder of Generation Equipped Ministries.  He is a speaker and the Director of Christian Apologetics and Worldview Training.  He loves teaching and training young people to use their energy and talents to serve the Lord and proclaim the good news of the gospel.  His mission is to inspire and equip Christians to proclaim and be able to defend the truth of Christianity.

James has a diverse background in business, pastoring and teaching which gives him some unique leadership insights and perspectives.  In addition to his work as a Christian apologist, he has functioned as an associate pastor in Southern California for over 20 years, teaching and preaching the Bible, the Word of God.
